Congrats to our graduate student Pei-Yin Tsai who published her work in Journal of Nutrition! Pei-Yin discovered that the brown adipose tissue maintenance factor Nipsnap1 binds directly with mitochondrial lipid beta-oxidation proteins to regulate lipid metabolism during cold stress in mice!
